Spiritual Care @ the ARC

The spiritual care program at the Victoria ARC is designed to provide an opportunity for residents and guests to have their spiritual needs met. This is part of our holistic mission. The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and, as such, our spiritual care program reflects the principles and values as lived out in Jesus Christ. However, The Salvation Army believes that identification with Jesus is best expressed in acceptance and love for our neighbour. The Salvation Army makes no attempt to force its beliefs on any resident or client. Spiritual care services are optional for all program participants. Participants with different faith backgrounds are treated with respect and referrals are made where possible.
